INGREDIENTS

Zest - 1 lime

Eggs - 3 pcs.

Flour - 80 g

Cocoa - 50 g

Sugar - 120 g

Milk - 300 ml.

Cherries, deboned - 200g

TIPS

Use 16-18 cm (6-7 inch) round sandwich tin

Peel only the outside colored part of lime (the white part is bitter and will ruin the taste).

You can use any berries or fruits, fresh or frozen.

If you cook with frozen ones, let them thaw and drain the excess juice, we don’t need it in the dough.
