Cakes, candies, breads, cookies—you name it. So, why not substitute a matcha shot for a scoop of matcha ice cream? That’s exactly what you’ll do with this simple and delicious recipe. It’s a little on the sweet side, but you can adjust the sweetness by adding or holding back on the amount of chocolate sauce that you use.

1 tbsp (15 ml) white chocolate sauce

6 oz (180 ml) milk of choice (I recommend 2% or any non-dairy alternative)

1 tbsp (15 ml) chocolate sauce

Ice

1 scoop of matcha ice cream
