Directions:

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.

In a large bowl, toss together the brussels sprouts, bacon, hot sauce, olive oil, and a good pinch of salt and pepper. Place directly in the fry basket.

Cook for 6–7 minutes. Open the air fryer and toss the brussels sprouts with a shake or two. Spray a little with cooking spray, and cook for another 6–7 minutes. Check on them and cook until the edges are brown and they’re to your desired tenderness, another 2–3 minutes if necessary.

Sprinkle with blue cheese, if desired, and serve immediately.
