HANDS FACING AWAY FROM YOU (PALMS DOWN)

Kneel on the ground with your hands on the ground, palms down and fingers facing away from you.

Lightly rock back and forth so that you feel a stretch in the inside of your wrists, as well as a loosening up of the front of your wrists.

Do ten reps.

HANDS FACING TOWARD YOU (PALMS UP)

Rock back and forth so that you feel a light stretch on the outside of your wrists.

Do ten reps.

HANDS FACING TOWARD YOU (PALMS DOWN)

Rock back and forth so that you feel a light stretch on the inside of your wrists.

Do ten reps.
