The Myung Kyung Hyung consists of 38 movements. It is also known as Rohai. It has roots in the White Crane Fist style.

The Jin Su Hyung consists of 35 movements. Also known as Jitte. Jin Su means “ten hands”. It is named in a similar fashion as Sip Soo which also means 10 hands. The number ten my refer to the number of different hand techniques in the Hyung. Jin Su Hyung contains defensive movements against a staff or spear and is known by some as the staff Hyung.

The Jang Jin Hyung consists of 42 movements. It is also known as Sojin. A literal translation of Jang Jin is “ towards future peace”. Jang Jin uses both power and rhythm to create awesome effectiveness. It reflects a robust way of subverting a strong offensive force. It shows a grand suppression or energetic calm in which to put down or redirect an overwhelming force.
