Stomach Soothing Green Smoothie

Ingredient List:

2 cups spinach

2 cups cold water

3 cups fresh pineapple (chopped)

Juice of 1 lemon

½ tsp ground turmeric

½” fresh ginger (peeled)

Instructions:

In a food blender, combine the spinach with the cold water and blitz until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and blitz again.
