Loving the New You
The Strong Curves Program will provide the most incredible transformation both inside and out. You will develop incredible strength that most people think is impossible for women. You will shed pounds of fat while adding pounds of lean muscle. Curves will form from head to toe, giving you the most enviable shape imaginable. Your energy will skyrocket, your mood will greatly improve, you will sleep better, have better sex, and improve your relationships with your loved ones. And that’s just the froth on the latté.
What goes on inside when you add the Strong Curves strength training program to your weekly lifestyle is nothing short of amazing. You will notice your aches and pains going away. Your heart health, brain function, and metabolism will improve. You will look and feel years younger and have the ability to perform tasks that were once too difficult (like pick up something that weighs as much as you).
The Strong Curves Program will also improve your self-esteem and emotional well being. Often, you don’t realize how much our appearance affects how we feel about ourselves. But the stronger you become, the more confident you will feel because as your strength increases, your body composition will change to what you have always desired. I can’t tell you how many of my female clients say, “You’d be so proud of me, I can now carry all of my bags of groceries up the stairs” or “I can finally make it up the entire mountain without my back hurting,” or, “Bret, the other day I was deadlifting more than the guy next to me.”
The benefits with Strong Curves are only limited to what you believe is possible. You may begin the program just to get in shape but soon realize that you want more than a smaller dress size. So, never stop striving toward bigger and better goals because the sky is the limit for you with regard to strength training and fitness. Many of the women you admire in fitness today started out in the same place as you. In fact, most of them struggled with weight issues, unhealthy food relationships, and lack of exercise before they embarked on their fitness endeavors. Just like the women on the covers of fitness magazines, you can change your life for the positive if you believe anything is possible.
One thing you need to promise yourself is to never stop improving upon your health. Initially, when you start your journey with Strong Curves, you will have superficial intentions (don’t worry; we all do). You may just want to lose ten pounds, drop two dress sizes, or finally have a round butt. That’s perfectly fine. There is nothing wrong with wanting a better body. Kellie and I both started out with this exact goal and still work toward aesthetic goals along with strength goals. Just make sure your goals are concrete and defined.
Just saying you want to lose weight isn’t enough. How much weight? How long will you give yourself? Start small, and build from there.
