Cover your fermentor with an airlock or overflow tube. When primary fermentation ends after 4 days, add 1 oz of cascade. Let it continue to ferment for 7 days. After this secondary fermentation, add the 2/3 cup of dextrose along with the 1/4 tsp of a dry yeast, and bottle the beer. The beer will be ready to drink in less than 2 weeks in the bottle.
