STARTING POSITION: Lie on your back with your legs extended along the floor and your arms by your sides.

starting position

1 Cross your left leg to your right side, extending your arms into a “T” position. Keep both shoulders on the ground.

Once you have reached and maintained your peak position during the stretch, switch sides.

MODIFICATION

This can also be done with a bent leg by placing your left foot on the inside of your right knee and then pulling your left knee to your right by using your right hand.
