Now add your liquid ingredients; the soy milk, mango/vanilla yoghurt and orange juice.

This mix will need to be blended for 4-5 minutes to get a really smooth blend. This is a tasty one so enjoy.

Mint Choc Kiwi Tea

Ingredients:

1 cup baby spinach

1 cup raspberries

2 bananas chopped and frozen

3 kiwi fruit, chopped

2tbsp grated dark chocolate (alternatively use 1tbsp cocoa powder)

1 cup chilled mint tea

Method:

Start this smoothie off by brewing a pot of mint tea and leaving to cool completely before chilling the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
