Directions:

Mix all of your stir fry sauce ingredients in a bowl. Make sure they’re mixed well.

Grease a skillet with two teaspoons of sesame oil. Place it over heat, and then add in the tofu and stir fry sauce, cooking for five minutes. Add in your red pepper flakes, and then turn the heat to low.

Take another bowl and mix your wasabi paste and avocado.

Stir the cooked rice into your tofu in a bowl. Top with your avocado wasabi, pickled ginger, green onion, and roasted sesame seeds.

It will store for two days in the fridge or sixty days in the freezer.
