Use 1 portion of the baked pumpkin dinner on Day 1. The ingredients for the leafy salad are below and you can use the vinaigrette on page 32. Make sure you use plenty of vinaigrette to up your fat intake.

4 cups dark green Salad leaves 200g

1 Portion Vinaigrette (page 32) 98g

Cooking Instructions

Serves 2

Wash leaves well and mix with vinaigrette.

Raw Chocolate with Prunes

I love making my own chocolate because I can use top quality raw cacao powder that is full of antioxidants. The prunes in this recipe are obviously optional or you can replace them with stevia. Make a big batch of those and freeze them.
