Extended Puppy Stretch

Steps

Start by coming down onto all fours so your hips are above your knees and shoulders above the wrists.

Move your hands a few inches forward.

Lower your forehead to the mat and relax your neck without dropping your elbows to the floor. Arch your back slightly and press your hands into the mat while extending your arms and pulling your hips backward to deepen the stretch.

Hold the stretch and breathe deeply for 30 seconds-1 minute, then release.
