There are many proven ways to stay fit and develop a body that inspire envy. First off, you must pay attention to what you eat. Remove the oily and fatty food from your plate. Replace them with healthy green leafy veggies! You can also get the right nutrients from a balanced diet, which is nothing but something from everything. Food items rich in fat and carbs end up affecting your health, and in turn your memory. Diseases resulting from an obese or an underfed body have a direct impact on your memory. So get up and take control of your food. There are always two ways to improve your memory- one by enhancing it from day 0 and second, by doing damage control for all the harms that have been caused to it before day 0. Go for boiled and steamed food items as much as possible. The more protein you pump into your system, the better it is for your body. Your body needs natural nutrients at their best; hence you should also have some fruits and raw vegetables on your plate. Mangoes, apples, carrots, watermelons and the like food items can be consumed as they are found- naturally raw. On the contrary, roasted and burnt food items have the tendency to push you towards toxicity. The reason is simple enough. When subjected to fire, the essential nutrients in food items are destroyed leaving behind basically nothing for you to consume.
Stage III
The third and final stage of memory enhancement has been included to make sure that you do not deviate from the process after a few weeks of following it religiously. The principles of retainment are what forth basis of this stage. It is not sufficient to follow the process just once and leave it at that. You must follow it repeatedly enough to make it a habit. You need to embrace the process to such an extent that it becomes a regular routine for your life.
Believe in yourself. Do not give up if you fail at first. Remember that failure is not the end. Keep hitting the iron till the hammer gets hot. It is then that you are going to achieve the results you are looking for. Without a little bit of self-belief the process is going to fall to pieces.
