1 lime, cut in half
ice cubes
½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon soy sauce
½ teaspoon Frank’s hot sauce
2 oz. V8 vegetable cocktail
12 oz. chilled Mexican lager

Instructions:
Place tomatoes, celery and red pepper in a food processor and pulse a few times before blending on high until smooth.
Run mixture through a fine mesh sieve over a bowl to remove pulp, seeds and skin. Push down on the remaining solids in the strainer to get the last bit of juice out and discard the rest. Season with salt and pepper.
On a small plate, dust the surface with flake salt, black pepper and chili pepper. Gently stir to combine.
Wet the rim of your glass with a lime and invert glass to dust rim with the flake salt mixture.
Add ice to the glass and ½ teaspoon of Worcestershire, Frank’s and soy sauce. Pour in V8 and juice from half of a lime. Fill the glass with beer ¾ of the way and stir well.
Fill with more beer and serve with a lime slice
