When crispy, remove bacon, but leave the grease in the skillet.

Cook celery and scallion in the skillet until softened.

Pour contents of skillet (including grease) into the slow cooker.

Crumble in the bacon.

Add the rest of the ingredients.

Close the lid.

Cook on low for 4-6 hours.

Taste and season with more salt and pepper if needed!

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Put all the ingredients (except shrimp) into your slow cooker.
