11. Michael Jordan Lunge

Kettlebell Weight: Heavy

Targets: Triceps, Glutes, and Legs

Stand with your feet staggered, right foot in front of left with the Kettlebell in your right hand. Come into a lunge position, bending both knees and keeping the right knee behind the right toes. Pass the Kettlebell under the right leg to the left hand and press up to stand.

For the next rep, step back with the right leg into a lunge and pass the Kettlebell under the left leg to the right hand.

Do the reps continuously without stopping for the entire set.
