Happy families

This is based on a card game that you may have heard of, called ‘Happy Families’.

The aim of the game is very simple: you are trying to collect a whole family of each set.

In this version, instead of using jobs (e.g. Mrs Bun the Baker), you are using words.

Some cards have one letter (e.g. V or W) or two letters together (e.g. SN or GR).

You will need to start by making your own letter cards, four for each member of the letter/letter’s family, as shown on the next page:
