With dumbbells
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Hold a dumbbell on each hand.
Put your weight on your right foot.
Raise your left leg backwards, causing your upper body to become almost parallel to the floor (except your arms). Keep your left leg straight while you may slightly bend your right leg. Hold this position for three to five seconds.
Lower your left leg and return to original position.
Repeat steps 2 to 4 for eight times.
Complete a set of eight reps before resting for a minute.
Do two more sets of eight reps.
Repeat the steps on your other side.
