Instructions

Preheat the oven to 450 F. Mixbreadcrumbs, parsley, chives, garlic powder, paprika, dill and salt in a bowl.

Top the salmon with Dijon mustard.Dip the salmon in the breadcrumb mixture, coating on both sides.

Preheat oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.

Add the salmon and cook on both sides for about 2-3 minutes.

Remove the skillet from heat and put it in the oven. Bake the fish for about 5- 10 minutes until the center is fully cooked.

Serve with fresh lemon wedges. Serve and enjoy!
