Conversion to Role (CTR)
Once a pilot has been converted onto type at Middle Wallop, he or she will proceed to a Regiment. At the Regiment a special CTR course will be held to bring the pilot up to combat ready status.
HELICOPTER CREWS
Although this information is now a little dated it is retained as being a reasonable background source. In mid 2006 the number of actual and required helicopter crew personnel for each regular regiment of the AAC was as follows:
