Cross your ankles and press the knees together.

Arms over the head like you are holding a bar.

Initiate the lifting the legs by pushing into the floor.

Midway through the exercise your back will come off the floor (Fig. 16a)

Try to fold at the hips so the legs go over your head (Fig. 17a)

Slowly lower with control to the start position (Fig. 14a)

Your back will leave the floor at the mid-point of this exercise!!
