Complete the entire first superset three or four times before moving on to the second group of exercises.
This is the first exercise in the second superset of the third workout of the Pure Strength Workout.
Start
Step 1: Attach a close-grip handle to a seated row machine or cable machine with a bench and grip it using a neutral or parallel grip while seated on the bench of the machine.
Step 2: (a) With your knees bent, place both feet against the footrest of the machine, grab the handle, engage your core, and retract your shoulder blades.
