BACK STRETCH
Find a pole that is solid enough to support your weight. Facing the pole, place your feet on either side of its base. Interlock your fingers around the pole and place your hands above your head. Let the weight of your buttocks and torso fall away from the pole and allow your body to form the shape of an archerâs bow. Feel the stretch between your shoulder blades and along the length of your back. Perform this stretch for 40 seconds after each set.
Hollywood Hyperextension
The hyperextension is one of the most fantastic exercises for the lower back. It will improve your posture. It is a fantastic exercise for those with back problems, those with weakness in the lower back, and those who have suffered a back injury. The hyperextension could also prevent injury and improve the strength and appearance of your abdominal muscles.
The movement for this exercise is not an explosive one. Maintain a slow and even pace. The motion should be fluid and without jerking movements.
