THE DAILY DIET
MEAL 1:Myofusion Shake: 2 scoops Myofusion, 1/2 cup egg whites, 2/3 cup instant oatmeal, 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter or almond butter, 1/2 cup apple juice, 1/2 cup water and ice.
MEAL 2:Myofusion Protein Pancakes: 1 scoop Myofusion, 1 cup egg whites, 1 cup oatmeal, 1/4 cup chopped walnuts, 1 sliced banana. Mix all together and cook on low heat on a non-stick pan using cooking spray. Optional: add sugar-free syrup.
MEAL 3:Same as Meal 1.
MEAL 4:8 ounces grilled chicken, 1 cup brown rice, 1 tablespoon olive oil or salad dressing with 1 cup veggies.
MEAL 5:10 raw almonds.
MEAL 6:8 ounces of lean steak, 1 sweet potato, 1 cup raw kale salad with 1 teaspoon olive oil and lemon juice.
MEAL 7 (optional): Same as Meal 1.
