Number 20 – Whisky Sour
2 measures of Whisky
Juice of ½ lemon
1 ½ teaspoons of sugar
Soda water to top
Shake the ingredients with ice and then strain into a small glass tumbler. Add soda to top up. Garnish with an orange slice and glacé cherry.
Number 21 – Rattlesnake
To serve 6 people -
5 dashes of Pernod
8 measures of Canadian Whisky
2 measures of lemon juice
2 egg whites
A little sugar
Shake the ingredients together well with ice, and strain well through a fine sieve into 6 cocktail glasses.
