Strawberry Oatmeal Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup soy milk

½ cup rolled oats

1 banana, cut into pieces

14 strawberries frozen

½ tsp vanilla essence

1 tsp White sugar

Preparation

Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Serve as breakfast

Enjoy!!

All-Round Good Smoothie

Ingredients

1/2 cup milk low fat

1 cup Plain yogurt

2 Bananas chopped

¼ cup powdered protein supplement

1 ½ tsp flax seeds

2 tsp Honey

12-14 strawberries, frozen

Preparation

All the ingredients are to be taken in to a blender and are to be blended until they smooth.
