Detox of Spring Smoothie

Ingredients:

Water- 1 cup

Lemon- ½ cup

Kale leaves- 1 cup

Dandelion green- 1 cup

Apple- 1 cup

Pear- 1 cup

Ginger- ½ teaspoon

Cayenne pepper- ¼ teaspoon

Honey- optional

The Directions will be same for following Smoothies. Here that is:

1. You have to take all the ingredients and you have to wash them properly.

2. Then simply add everything to your blender at once

3. Blend for 3-4 minutes.

4. Take it out and use ice cubes to make it cold.

5. Enjoy
