Mustard, Dijon

Paprika

Pimentos

1/3 cup

Paleo mayonnaise

How’s it Made

In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, pimentos, paprika, mustard, cayenne, and cheddar until thoroughly mixed. Let it sit for 2 minutes.

While the cheese is setting, warm oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Stir in the beef, salt and pepper until combined.

Divide the mixture into even balls and add it to the hot skillet. Stir often to cook through. Serve over a cup of fresh spinach or eat alone while hot.
