Vanilla Bean White Hot Chocolate

1 vanilla bean

6 cups whole milk

1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk

2 squares of white baking chocolate bar, chopped

Split the vanilla bean and remove and save the insides. In a medium saucepan, combine milk, bean pod, bean insides and sweetened condensed milk. Heat over medium heat. Whisk constantly until well-blended and hot. Remove from heat, remove bean pod and add white chocolate, whisking until melted.

Yield: 6 servings.
