Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Top with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a tall glass or a Hurricane glass. Top with crushed ice. Garnish with the cherry and a lemon wedge.

(30) GRILLED PINEAPPLE MARGARITA

1 grilled pineapple ring, cut in half (recipe below), plus 1 wedge for garnish

4 ounces reposado tequila

2 ounces agave nectar

1 ounce premium orange liqueur

1 ounce Licor 43

1 ounce fresh lime juice

1 ounce fresh lemon juice

Combine all the ingredients in a blender cup without ice. Blend on High for about 15 seconds. Add 1½ cups of ice (preferably crushed) and blend on High for another 15 seconds. Pour contents into a cooler glass. Garnish with the grilled pineapple wedge.
