MURPH PT PYRAMID WITH 1 MILE RUNS
In between each step of the pyramid, run 1 mile
1-5 Ladder: Pull-ups/Push-ups/Burpees
Perform 1 pull-up, 2 push-ups and 3 burpees for each step of the pyramid. Continue to progress up the pyramid, doing dynamic stretches for 25 meters after each set, for a total of 15 pull-ups, 30 push-ups and 45 burpees.
6-10 Ladder: Pull-ups/Push-ups/Burpees
Continue the above ladder, starting at step 6 of the pyramid, for an additional total of 40 pull-ups, 80 push-ups and 120 burpees.
