WARMING CINNAMON SALVE
2 ounces beeswax
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons jojoba oil
1 tablespoon vitamin E oil
10 milliliters of 500mg CBD oil (optional)
10 drops cinnamon essential oil
8 drops sandalwood essential oil
4 drops clary sage essential oil
3 drops eucalyptus essential oil
1. Fill the bottom half of a double boiler halfway with water and place over medium to high heat.
2. Add the beeswax to the top of the double boiler. When the water starts to boil and the wax starts to melt, turn the heat down to low.
3. Stir occasionally to break up the wax.
4. Once the beeswax is melted, add the coconut oil, olive oil, jojoba oil, vitamin E oil, and CBD oil (if using); stir until combined and clear.
5. Add the essential oils and mix thoroughly again.
6. Pour the salve into a shallow containerâI recommend you use glass, ceramic, or high-grade stainless steelâand let sit at room temperature until hardened.
7. Use on your low back and abdomen whenever needed! It should melt in your fingers as you apply.
