Dark and Stormy
2 oz rum
8 oz ginger beer
Pour rum over ice, add ginger beer, and stir.
Egg Nog
6 eggs, separated
¾ cup sugar
1 quart milk
1 pint cream
5 oz bourbon
7 oz spiced rum
Nutmeg
Beat the egg yolks well, adding ½ cup of the sugar while doing so. Add the milk, cream, and liquor. Then beat the egg whites with the remaining sugar until they peak. Fold the egg whites into the mixture. Sprinkle with fresh nutmeg.
