«Tartar»

«Tar tar» in French cuisine is a way to cut food in the shape of a cube. In this recipe, we have a mayonnaise-based tartar sauce. Cut the cucumbers and capers into small cubes for the sauce. This is an important moment in creating a true French sauce.

Ingredients:

Mayonnaise 3 Tbsp.

Pickled cucumber 3 pieces

Capers 1 Tbsp.

Parsley (chopped) 2 Tbsp.

Method

1) Peel the cucumbers and cut to dice (pieces of cucumber should be small).

2) Chop the capers and add to the cucumbers.

3) Add chopped parsley, mayonnaise, and mix all ingredients. The finished sauce should be thick. If it is not thick, you can add a little mayonnaise.
