It tastes great with a Greek salad of cucumbers and tomatoes dressed lightly with olive oil and vinegar. Prepare the tzatziki the day before serving.
MAKES 4 SERVINGS
Tzatziki
3 cups plain yogurt
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup seeded, grated cucumber (optional)
1/4 cup chopped fresh dillweed, or 2 tablespoons dried dillweed (optional)
