Dead Sea Scroll passage showing Isaiah 3:17–18.

The scanned passage is from Isaiah 3:17–18. Here’s how it reads in the King James Bible:

Therefore the Lord will smite with a scab the crown of the head of the daughters of Zion, and the LORD will discover their secret parts. In that day the Lord will take away the bravery of their tinkling ornaments about their feet, and their cauls, and their round tires like the moon…

Dr. Paul Wegner is an author and former professor at Moody Bible Institute and Phoenix Seminary. Here are his comments on the Dead Sea Scroll passage:

In the third line dots appear below the MT [Masoretic Text] reading (‘dwny, “the Lord”) and the alternate reading (yhwh, “Yahweh”) appears above it. But in the fourth line the readings are reversed: dots appear below the word (yhwh) and the reading from the MT [Masoretic Text] appears above it.9
