YOU NEED TO

HOLD YOURSELF

IN THE HIGHEST

REGARD IF YOU

ARE TRULY

GOING TO OFFER

A GOOD SERVICE

TO OTHERS.

It is important to comprehend how the subconscious mind, with its collected and inherited beliefs, controls so much of what you think is possible in your life. Since we are bound by the limited expectancies of the subconscious, we must enlarge our expectancies in order to receive in a larger way. This requires being willing to enter into new and unchartered waters and welcoming any fear, rather than resisting it. A question you may ask yourself is, “What do I really want?” While becoming clear about what you want is an essential part of a process to being and having more, it is important to become aware of the role of your subconscious beliefs in affecting the outcome. Without realizing it, you often limit your thinking about what you want by what your beliefs, embedded in your subconscious mind, tell you about your capability to produce. This belief then shapes what you say you want, which in turn gets you no further than you are today. Let’s imagine that you want a better paying job. Immediately and without hesitation, the subconscious mind may start reminding you about the fact that you never finished college and therefore would not be able to get the better paying job, especially if in your conscious mind you create a thought that a degree would be required. This is another example of your mind arguing for your limitations. Why does your mind do that? Your mind is a wonderful gift whose purpose is to keep you alive and safe. When you were a child and you put your hand near something hot, it instinctively had you pull away from it. It always is turned on and is always ready to keep you safe. So here you come asking for a better job and the old beliefs don’t like change so they remind you of things, like the fact that you didn’t finish college, to keep you in the familiar.
