7. BLACKJACK

Cast: Auggie, Dot, Vinnie

Outline: Auggie is alone in the store when Dot enters. She unburdens herself to him and tells of her plan to leave Vinnie and run off to Las Vegas to become a blackjack dealer. She tries to entice Auggie to go with her. Eventually, Vinnie enters. It turns out that the deed for the store is made out in Dot’s name, which makes her the legal owner of the Brooklyn Cigar Company. Vinnie and Dot get into a shouting match. Auggie throws them both out.
