1. Place your middle fingers at the inner most corner of the eyes and apply slight pressure.

2. Keep breathing and hold for five seconds.

3. With your middle and ring fingers, start tapping under the eye from the inside to the outside, taking about five seconds.

4. Repeat for five sets.
