Digital Calendars

I use a digital calendar because I can access it from my phone on the go and share it with my team and family.

But the real reason I love my digital calendar is because I can add in my to-dos, schedule driving time, and prioritize how I spend my business hours. Now if something comes up, I can look at my calendar and see what task I am deleting or deferring to take advantage of the new opportunity.

My digital calendar didn’t start out this way, but over the past five years I have achieved most of my goals and increased productivity through calendar management and planning. Digital calendars give me a greater ability to do this detailed planning.

My digital calendar view default is weekly on my computer and daily on my phone.
