Feed before Sowing
Before sowing, feed the area with the appropriate quantity of fish, blood and bone at the start of the moonâs third quarter. Then, below-the-surface plants, such as roots and tubers, sow at the start of the moonâs first quarter. Above-the-surface plants, such as cabbages and lettuces, sow at the start of the moonâs second quarter.
