Roasted Herb Beef Tips

These moist and succulent bite sized beef tips are incredibly delicious, I know you will want to make them as often as possible.

Makes: 6 servings

Total Prep Time: 40 minutes

Ingredients:

2 pounds of sirloin steak, cut into small cubes

2 cups of parsley, chopped

¼ cup of extra virgin olive oil

¼ cup of water

1 tsp. of dried oregano

3 Tbsp. of lemon juice

2 cloves of garlic, minced

Dash of salt and black pepper

Directions:

In a bowl, add in all of the ingredients except for the sirloin steak. Whisk well until mixed. Pour into a Ziploc bag.

In the bag, add in the sirloin steak cubes. Seal the bag and stir gently to coat the beef cubes. 3. Cover and set into the fridge to marinate for 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Place a sheet of parchment paper onto a baking sheet. Grease with cooking spray.

Place the beef cubes onto the baking sheet.

Place into the oven to bake for 30 minutes.

Remove and serve immediately.
