3.7 Your intuitive deck of cards

The cards that you have created with every intention, mantra and sign are a powerful set of intuitive and spiritual guidance tools straight from your own intuitive connection and there is so much more that we can do with this deck. We can use intention cards as guidance cards. Some of you may use angel, oracle or tarot cards too, and that’s great, but because this deck is uniquely yours, designed by your own hand, avoid using these cards to read for other people.

Return to your sacred space and lay the cards with the words face down, in a line in front of you. Rub your hands together to stimulate the energy centres in your hands, which will become your super-sensors, take a breath and close your eyes. Float your dominant or writing hand above the cards and ask your intuition, ‘What’s my YES, today?’ Repeat this over and over as you move your hand along the line of cards. By now, you know what your ‘YES’ tell is, so when you feel it, place your hand down on the card it is moving over. Turn the card over and reveal your answer or clarification.

You can, of course, start to add other words and statements to your deck, such as ‘yes’, ‘no’, ‘not yet’, ‘have patience’ but whenever you do this, always come to your intuition in your sacred space. Be wary of rushing this process and allowing your ego to write what you think you would like to hear.
