Mistakes will be uncovered and surfaced faster than ever, and wins will be expected, not celebrated, as there is always a disruptive competitor around the corner. But the main reward is still as beautiful as ever: an opportunity to express yourself and build an enduring trail of your professional existence that others carry forward into the future.
