At the liceo? They were between adequate and good, between seven and eight. I got good marks in the natural sciences and mathematics, in Italian I was usually adequate except when something fired my imagination. My grades culminated in that disaster I told you about, that three for Italian in my liceo leaving certificate. It was my first and only fail mark.49
