Less than two months prior to the Pilsen witness’ sighting, Vance, the same investigator who visited the sighting location in Wheeling, had a sighting of his own in St. Charles, Illinois. Vance first shared his experience in a private message thread to which we all belonged. He later solidified his story and emailed it to Lon in a format that made it easier to share.
