Journaling: Pages of Self-Healing
A journal is a powerful tool to help you evoke personal change. It will allow you to recognize your potential for personal and spiritual growth.
Here are a few reasons for you to journal:
You will find that you will receive a tremendous amount of information while working in your Record, and it is difficult to remember it all. You may not completely understand all of the information in the moment, and having a written document and the ability to revisit the information will enable you to receive an even more in-depth meaning.
Journaling allows you to look for central or recurring themes. Identify strong messages to bring them into awareness for expansion or completion. If you keep reliving the same situation, you can go back to your journal to find a similar situation. Without journaling and having a record of questions and information, you may not find similarities in different occurrences. But in going back to your journal, you could find a trigger or button that is pushed every time you run into that situation. Now you can find it and ask for more information in the Records to find out if there is something you have been overlooking in these scenarios. Possibly you have a soul contract or karma that you’re ready to complete but have not yet released.
You can discover who you really are by recording and rereading your experiences. Journaling will help clarify what you believe, what you want to do with your life, and how to go about creating that life with support from the Beings of Light.
Reading over your journals is quite validating. They remind you of how much you’ve grown, what you have overcome, and also what you need to do to stay in alignment with your intentions.
Journaling while in your Record creates your own personal link to the Divine Source. You are writing an inspirational guidebook for those who follow after you.
It’s always amazing to me when I look back at my journals after a month, and most especially after a year or more. I can go back and remember what I was asking about, or what seemed so challenging in that moment, which is now in the distant past. It feels so validating to see my journey and how much help I received from the Akashic guidance. It reminds me of how supported I am as I make my way through challenging times, which always leads to expansive moments. Journaling helps to remind us how far we’ve come, and elevates the work we are doing and have done. It helps to show us that when we pay attention to the guidance and the wisdom that we receive in our Akashic Record, our lives do become so much easier. The Records can help us alter our course, and change our lives for the better. This is profound work, and I feel that it is productive to acknowledge the courage to go inward to move ourselves forward every day in loving guidance.
It is also important that we do not feel as though we are just doing something we have to do.
