When you have the answers to these questions, you need to take care of them and build on them by thinking about what they mean for you practically. What will these answers mean for your current relationships, job and hobbies? If your current situation doesn’t fit with the answers you’ve gotten, you need to make decisions about changes and improvements for you. Then it’s important to reflect on how your past decisions were made in similar situations. Were they made out of love or fear? These are two feelings that are in opposition – love is passion and fear is control. The more decisions you make in life that are based on love and passion, the more the life you’re living is closer to your true self. Let these new decisions be based on passion and curiosity.

The answers to these questions are made as you develop and as the world around you changes. The answers you reach are the basic essence, the basic energy, to who you are right now. It is this basic essence that you need to hold on to, develop and base your decisions on. When you do that, you’re true to yourself and who you are, throughout your journey in life. The difficulty with answering these questions is that you have to remove the old programming in your life, the old thoughts and behaviours that aren’t yours. They come from your relationships with parents, relatives, friends and society through media.

What are your opinions and needs and what are others’ opinions and needs? To feel well and to love yourself and others uncondition¬ally, you need to make sure your inner values transcend the outer ones, which come from other people’s values and needs. Otherwise, you’ll lose yourself and live someone else’s life. This is what happens if you experience a crisis of identity, where others’ values have affected you so much that your values don’t fit with who you are. It’s easy to lose yourself when there’s so much pressure from society to become better and more efficient, whatever you do. And this, in turn, is valued and rewarded, but usually just with money. When you are far from your true self, it can sometimes feel like you’re holding yourself together just with duct tape and positive thoughts.
