¿Qué hora es, Señor Zorro?

This game is for three or more players and should be played in an open area. The goal is to walk past Señor Zorro (Mr. Fox) without getting caught.

To play, pick someone to be Señor Zorro. Everyone else should line up on the starting line. Señor Zorro will stand about 20 feet away with his back turned to the group.

The players say, “¿Qué hora es, Señor Zorro?” (What time is it, Mr. Fox?)

Señor Zorro should answer in Spanish. Whatever time Señor Zorro says, the players take that many steps forward. For example, if Señor Zorro answers, “¡Son las tres!” (SOHN las TREHS), players take three steps forward, and so on. The players can take any size step they want.

If Señor Zorro says, “¡Es hora de comerte!” (It's time to eat you!) he turns around and chases the other players back to the starting line. If Señor Zorro catches someone, he or she becomes the next Señor Zorro.
